By the conclusion of the two days\, participants will have the necessary understanding and tools to apply leadership concepts to their own lives and in their workspaces. \nWho Should Attend?\nThe Incubator is designed to serve a variety of people. Whether you’re leading your organization or in a management position within your team\, a high-potential young employee\, someone who has started (or is looking to start) an entrepreneurial venture\, or just looking to develop as a leader\, the Incubator is for you. \nWhat Should you Expect?\nDeep Connections\nWe provide a safe space in which leaders are able to be vulnerable\, feel heard\, experience support in an authentic way and develop meaningful relationships. \nPractical Tools\nWe provide leaders with practical tools to equip themselves with new leadership insights and business skills to function as a restorative presence in their spheres of influence. \nWise Counsel\nWe encourage leaders to move from ‘admiring their problems’ (talking about them) to practically solving them.
