Family Ministry Training

As we jump into the new school year, we want to gather all our volunteers from every area of Family Ministries to equip & empower you to be all God designed you to be! We’re so expectant for what God is going to do in the lives of students, parents & families this year and we believe that happens best when we are all focused on the same mission in community together.
So join us on August 16th for a night of prayer, equipping and empowering, as we head into the 2022-2023 school year. Come be reminded why we do what we do with the Next generation & for us to say thank you for all you do. There will be one main session with every volunteer and then breakouts for specific ministries. Dinner and childcare is provided.
This night is vital for you to be set up for success this year! See you there!

PrimeTimers Potluck

Adults 60 and over, join us on Monday, August 15th at 6:00PM for a picnic dinner at Bays Mountain Cabins, Shelter #28, and bring a covered dish to share! We will have drinks.  No need to sign up. For more information, contact Janice Fox at jfox@christfellowship.me.

Intro to CF Tour

Are you interested in delving a little deeper into who we are and what CF is all about? Introduction to Christ Fellowship (Intro to CF) is an informal gathering where you can find out more about our church.  We will discuss our vision, beliefs, and programs, as well as opportunities for you to take part.  You will meet several leaders and hear about the heart of ministry at CF, our community, and the world.

Intro takes place on the second Sunday of each month at 10:45AM.

Volunteer Opportunity with Mission Agape

Volunteer opportunity! Mission Agape is a ministry in Kingsport that serves the needs of families with children in Tri-Cities, Tennessee, and surrounding areas, by providing basic needs including diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, new underwear/socks, and gently used kids clothing.

On August 13, 2022, Mission Agape will be having a community day where families come to receive items needed by their family. They could use volunteers to help that day from 9:30a-12PM. This would be a great opportunity for small groups to serve together!

If you are interested, you can sign up at the Mission Agape website by clicking here.
