Appalachian Miles for Smiles at CF

AMFSmiles is a nonprofit organization that provides free dental care and vision care to individuals in our community who do not have access to adequate healthcare. Christ Fellowship will be hosting a dental/vision clinic through AMFSmiles on September 21st and 22nd. Volunteers are needed to guide guests to the different stations, assist with paperwork and serve lunch. If you would like to partner with us in helping our community receive medical care, please sign up below, lunch is provided.
