You don’t have to have all the answers to make a difference. Sometimes the greatest impact comes from simply creating a space where people can ask questions, grow, and experience authentic relationships.
If you love people and are willing to facilitate conversation, we’d be honored to help you become a Small Group Leader. We’ll provide the training, resources, and support – you simply bring your willingness to say yes.
Your experiences, your story, and your faith journey can encourage someone else.
As a Small Group Leader, you’ll create a place where people are known, seen, and valued. You don’t need to be perfect – you just need to be willing to love people and point them toward Jesus.
