The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe focuses on the idea that many of our deepest anxieties and persistent struggles stem from one subconscious, foundational false belief we’ve mistaken for the truth. Jennie Allen identifies three core lies that people unknowingly believe:

- “I’m unlovable.”
- “I’m worthless.”
According to her framework, these lies often take root early in life and act as a hidden script, dictating our everyday choices, relationships, and self-image.
