Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid photographing or publishing someone who has opted out, but there is no guarantee that they will never appear incidentally in a wide shot of a congregation. Parents or attendees can notify the church that they prefer not to have their image used. Staff and photographers are informed of those requests. Photographers avoid taking close-up or featured photos of those individuals. If someone is inadvertently included in a crowd photo, the church will remove the image upon request.
