At CF we believe “missions” isn’t limited to a scheduled event or a trip overseas, rather it is a lifestyle of love and service that flows out of our connection and devotion to Christ. In every moment we have a privileged opportunity to partner with what God is doing in the world – where He’s purposed to release His power to transform the world around us through OUR lives. – Missions begins the moment we let God know we’re available, and our “yes” is on the table.
As a Spirit-led community of Christ-followers, we desire to be engaged with Him wherever and among whomever He leads. Growing and influencing where we are planted here at home, yet embracing and engaging in whatever role He would have for us globally as well.
Where it’s so easy to reduce the role of missions as merely a channel for ‘meeting needs.’ It’s our aim to be a church that prioritizes people above projects and relationships over resources. It’s from this heart for relationship we want our resources to flow, enriching the lives of many people with tangible expressions of love.

 His Voice Global is called to work in areas of the world with high populations of vulnerable women and children to partner with local leaders to fulfill their vision to care for, educate, and encourage the vulnerable women and children in their area.  Families FreeFamilies Free is a faith-oriented, community based organization operating in the Northeast Tennessee region. They offer services to women currently or formerly involved in the criminal justice system, along with their families, families impacted by incarceration and families with children at risk for going into the foster care system.They provide quality, evidence based services combined with the faith-based principals of compassion, healing and restoration to promote positive life style changes for our communities at-risk and often overlooked populations. |
Overcoming pain, problems and addictions can seem like an uphill battle when you’re facing them alone. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12 step biblically based recovery program for individuals and their families who are dealing with emotional distress and need healing power in their lives. Celebrate Recovery meets weekly at Christ Fellowship on Mondays at 6pm.

 Kingsport Young Life is a ministry to high school kids in the greater Kingsport area. Because kids don’t care how much you know till they know how much you care, Young Life leaders show they care by going where kids are, meeting them as they are and believing in who they can be. Kingsport Young Life’s Mission Statement is to give every teenager between the grades of six and twelve in the greater Kingsport area the chance to hear the gospel in a clear, attractive way in order that they might then decide to begin a relationship with God by following Jesus Christ. |
