What is the Incubator?
The Incubator is a two-day workshop focusing on developing personal leadership. By the conclusion of the two days, participants will have the necessary understanding and tools to apply leadership concepts to their own lives and in their workspaces.
Who should attend?
The Incubator is designed to serve a variety of people. Whether you’re leading your organization or in a management position within your team, a high-potential young employee, someone who has started (or is looking to start) an entrepreneurial venture, or just looking to develop as a leader, the Incubator is for you.

Deep Connections
We provide a safe space in which leaders are able to be vulnerable, feel heard, experience support in an authentic way and develop meaningful relationships.
Practical Tools
We provide leaders with practical tools to equip themselves with new leadership insights and business skills to function as a restorative presence in their spheres of influence.
Wise Counsel
We encourage leaders to move from ‘admiring their problems’ (talking about them) to practically solving them. Through a simple process, participants learn how to identify the root cause, ask for help and leverage wise counsel.
